2012 Olympic Games Commemorative Coins

In the lead up to THIS year’s Olympic Games in London, a series of commemorative coins are being issued by the Royal Mint.

29 sports will be represented on 50 pence pieces and in this particular design below, by Neil Wolfson, an attempt is made to explain football’s ‘Offside Rule.’

So now you can happily, and with full comprehension of the rules, sit watching football with your boyfriend… Orrrr, you can go and spend your 50p.
